Glass Technician Requirements:

• 3 years or more automotive glass replacement experience
  (Residential glass replacement experience is not necessary but is a plus.)
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Sales and customer service skills
• Own glass replacement hand tools (we supply power tools)

• Experience in operating an automotive glass repair and 
  replacement business
• Possess excellent phone, customer service and sales skills
• Experience using a Windows® style glass management system
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage a team of dedicated technicians
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail
